ID questions: Lizards and Iguana in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale area (1 Viewer)

I'd be grateful if anyone could identify these for me. My knowledge of lizards/iguanas is just about zero.

Best I can do is suggest that #1 is an African Agama lizard, probably(?), Agama africana.

It's this and I think the brown one is the female.
