Can you help me identify this bird? Photo taken at Balranald, North Uist on the Outer Hebrides in August, thanks in advance!

Hello,
welcome to birdforum!
Your bird is a Meadow Pipit. Most similar Rock Pipit has more olive, dirty greyish-brown hues on the upperparts and usually darker legs. Tree Pipit has finer streaking on the flanks and a slightly broader, stubbier looking bill.
