Imperial Eagles near Budapest (1 Viewer)

We're in Hungary for a week from August 19th. We're not there specifically for birding but we don't go anywhere without binoculars.

hungarianbirdwatching.com gives Vértes Mountains and Zámoly Basin as a possible area for Imperial Eagle and it's en route (well, more or less) between Budapest and Lake Balaton, the two places where we're staying. What are the chances of seeing the eagles as a casual visitor with a couple of hours? does anybody have any tips for good sites in the area?
