Black Necked Grebe on Barmston Pond this morming also there were 1Great Crested Grebe the first sighting there for 2 months pr Mute Swans with 9 cygnets 3 Pochard and the usual tufties and gadwall.

Green Sandpiper at Boldon Flats this evening. Sure I heard a wood sandpiper in flight also. Lapwings starting to flock already with c35 birds.
