10x50 EL SV Sanjay, I owned BX-4's (29oz), used El 10x42's (30oz) and currently own SLC 10x42's (27oz) and Leupold GR 8x42's (33oz). I've also tested and experienced the Zeiss HT 10x42's (28.4oz) and Lecia UltraVid HD+ 10x42's (26.5 oz). But I could live with Any of them, once I accepted their pros and cons of ergonomics and optical qualities. However for me, none felt as balanced and "lite" as the EL 10x50 SV's (35oz)! I was so Wowed by their ergonomic balance and handling, let alone their Outstanding Optical Prowess (Amazingly Wide, Bright and Clear FOV), that I bought my first Swaro EL's 5-days ago! I'm relatively new to the high-quality optics world, but seeing and handling these bad boys is the best way for You to understand their overall Greatness!!! :t: IMO, I believe their effortless handling and comfort secret resides in the nature of a roof prism 50mm objective's physical attributes.
