Can anyone help please would like to drive over to test some binoculars but it's 2hrs and I can only find contradictory info if it's open today?

I would do that but my intention with it being a 2hr drive was to set off now and get there early rather than set off at 10am when they would be open earliest on a Sunday and have to wait till then to ring .😀 Thanks tho 👍

They are closed today, Sunday, back open on Tuesday. I was there last night photographing the Barn Owls 👍 they do have other shops, but as far as I am aware they are all closed on Sundays

That contradicts what I know, but I'm still pretty sure none of them open Sundays, having said that, they do sometimes open and close when not supposed to due to volunteer staff problems. We have been caught out in the past, fortunately we are only 40 minutes away so not a major problem for us, bit different for you being a lot further to travel.

Yes that is how we were caught out, we were told they have some volunteer staff they use and I think this is what gives them the odd/inconsistent opening times, how they run a business like that I don't know. Didn't matter for us being fairly close, but anyone having to travel a fair distance like you it can be a nightmare. They don't seem very organised to me to be honest.
