Could anyone ID this small scorpion-like bug seen in the Algarve in May? Very small about 15mm long.

It's a solifugid, a type of arachnid. They have various English names - camel spider, sun scorpion etc. - although they're not spiders or scorpions.
(The species I see mentioned for Portugal is Gluvia dorsalis but I don't know if that's what this one is)
