If dogwalkers do intend to pick them up on the way back then maybe that's one thing, I suppose, but in my experience this doesn't seem the case, and even temporarily hanging them from the local foliage gives other less considerate dogowners the idea it's an acceptable thing to do.</p></blockquote><p></p>
