Is this a bird? Seen in UK (1 Viewer)

Hello everyone,
I have some perplexing pictures taken today in the UK. I see something pale in a tree hollow (roughly centre of the pictures) and I am not sure whether this is a bird. I understand that the pictures are low quality and so I do not expect to be able to say for sure, but does anyone have any ideas?
Thank you,
StarBurst

Well sharpened up Richie, more likely a Kestrel but yes, appears a beak and eye, as Butty says, looking towards the camera.
