Is this a Fairy Gerygone (Queensland, Australia) (1 Viewer)

I'm trying to id this bird and the closest I can get is Fairy Gerygone but it doesn't look exactly the same as most photos I have seen. Taken near Kuranda, Queensland so, if it is Fairy Gerygone, it would be in the intergradation zone between G. p. personata and G. p. flavida.

Haven't had experience with any of the birds it could be, so don't take my word, But to me it looks like a Female Fairy Gerygone, so, your on the button. I thought Lemon-bellied Flycatcher first, but ruled it out on the grounds of Jizz and eye.

Deffo Fairy Gerygone. They often look more washed out than the book illustrations. They're a very common bird around Kuranda. Very likely a female. The main confusion species would be a young White-throated, but young White-throateds have a yellow throat (ironically).
