Is this a Goshawk? (1 Viewer)

This bird has been in and out of my garden for the last two days, it's some sort of bird of prey, I don't know much about birds though so can't be certain what it is. When searching online I thought it looked like a Goshawk. Can anyone confirm what type of bird this is?

I live in Northampton, England which is where the bird has been spotted.
