Is this a Melodious Warbler? (1 Viewer)

I took these photos recently in Carnac, Southern Brittany, France. The photo was taken at long distance in strong sunlight.

I am presuming this is a Melodious Warbler but can anyone confirm? :t:

The second photo looks like it should be a Melodious, but the first photo almost looks like a "phyllosc" but I reckon that's just the photo not the bird
