Are these two separate individuals? 0236 looks to be a classic Isabelline, whereas 0214 appears to show the supercilium extending beyond the eye, as well as fairly narrow fringes on the wing panel (pro-northern, though the latter feature could be down to wear) though the spacing of the primaries and the mottled median coverts look better for Isabelline...
