Italy - Help with Rock Partridge & Snowfinch (1 Viewer)

I have to visit Rome at some time in the nearish future and wondered if anyone can help with the best time of year to see Rock Partridge and Snowfinch. I am assuming Abruzzo National Park is the best area, only a couple of hours from where we will be staying.

Also is there such a thing as a birdguide who can maximise my chances?
