Whately and Brewer wrote 'Where to watch birds in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean', which has a chapter on Jamaica. I'm not a big fan of the Central American section (which is the bit I am familiar with), as most of it is taken directly from trip reports, but it might give you some useful sites.
I just had a quick check on Blake Maybank's site (http://maybank.tripod.com/Caribbean/Jamaica-Index.htm), which has 12 trip reports for Jamaica. This is a really great repository of trip reports for anywhere in the Americas. I hope this is some use.
