For anyone who's only just seeing this thread, there's still time to add species to the lists - as long as you saw or heard the bird on 1 Jan not 2 Jan, it's fine to do the forum posting today.

Thanks to Gander and Jonny721 for their work on the the UK list. I'm working on lists for continental Europe and the USA - as usual I'll be grateful for all corrections as I do tend to include single species twice under different names due to lack of familiarity with local naming conventions.

We also had Crossbill sp reported but I don't think we're allowed to count it as there was doubt over whether it was Common or Parrot. Feral pigeon is allowed, but has been removed because we also had Rock dove and we can't count both.

The population only survives because young individuals are deliberately fed by people. So definitely not self-sustaining.
