Windy today, and some cracking thunderstorms yesterday.

Talk about memories of weather in our lives. I remember moving last time and we had sleet, snow and a freezing wind to deal with. It was not pleasant.

This time it is thunderstorms and torental rain. Must be an omen or something :eek!:

Well! The torrential rain showers forecast for today, haven't happened. After a cloudy start it has turned out fairly sunny. It is very windy though.

We have been in Gower for a week, and I can report that we had two days of pure sunshine and warmth, 24 hours of torrential rain (local flooding very bad), and the rest of the time was mainly sunny with a couple of showers.

Today in Hampshire is sunny, breezy and 18°c.

Very windy all day, mostly grey with a brief line of heavy showers this afternoon. Now the sun has put in an appearance...maybe a sunset to view?

Sun, sun, sun!:D:-O

Plenty of birds in the garden this morning after having to shelter in the heavy rain yesterday afternoon and early evening!

Sunny and breezy with a temp of 16.5°c at the moment. I think showers are due later.

These clouds were around earlier, they have been superceded by overcast and grey....:-C Hoping that all the washing gets dry before it rains....

I felt sure that the calendar was showing July 21st......the weather seems to think that it is October 21st! It is hissing down again. :-C It seems impossible to string together two dry days at the moment, but Carol Kirkwood has hinted at something a bit better for the weekend......;)

Even the birds are looking a bit damp and demoralised this morning, not the usual gang waiting on the roof tops, just a few hardy visitors.

Rain over night. Off and on drizzle now. Sun tried to appear earlier, but gave up. Mild.

A Eurythmics song comes to mind today...Here Comes The Rain Again!

Plenty of birds in the garden first thing this morning, including 6 Feral Pigeons!
