I've been watching this one with interest. For me, its a hard one based on the photos, but I would say it is not an Arctic based on the longish beak. Neck also looks a little elongated for Arctic maybe?
 
I would agree with Gander. Additionally, from the pics I'm not sure if it's a juvenile.

I've tried to figure if the shape of the cap would help but I don't think the pics are clear enough.
 
Thanks for the replies, it had a clear carpal bar, attached is the nearest pic i can find which would make it a Common
