Juvenile Bald Eagle? - Eastern Ontario, Canada (1 Viewer)

Taken this morning in eastern Ontario, Canada, apologies for the bad image quality (the bird was about 333m (1,100 ft) away) and only gave me this one shot before it flew away, but I think it was a juvenile bald eagle. Could someone either confirm or correct that ID and make an educated guess on its age.

As others have said, an immature Bald Eagle. Golden would show a smaller head and bill, especially in a distant shot like this. Based on the fact that this bird has a mostly yellow bill and plenty of white on the head (with a broad darker stripe), this should make it a 3rd or 4th year bird.
