I think a female ruby-cheeked sunbird with that orange throat, though it is not that extensive. Likely someone with more expertise in the area will comment though"_

Indobirder makes a good point. Interesting. I wonder if it is a very young ornate sunbird, which is the only one I can find with the orangish throat and long bill. But even though they breed around my place I don't think I have seen one quite this young. I hope someone with more expertise than me can help you out I would like to know as well.
