Juvenile Yellow-bellied Sapsucker? - Eastern Ontario, Canada (1 Viewer)

Took this shot today in eastern Ontario, Canada. I think it's a juvenile Yellow-bellied Sapsucker, but not at all certain about it. Can someone confirm or correct that ID?

Yes, it is. I believe the species moults its juvenile plumage unusually late, so I don't know for sure whether this might be a bird hatched last year rather than this year. Plumage looks fresh, so presumably it's this year's bird.
