Kırklareli region, Turkey , which bunting (1 Viewer)

The photos were taken yesterday (Nov 8th) at very low light condition Close to Vize town of Kırklareli city at field area. When I was approaching a tree, there were some Eropean goldfinches on, they flew away and only this one left .

I thought its a Emberiza schoeniclus (Common Reed Bunting) but the straps on the chest made me confused
