Kep, Cambodia in June, 2019 - Bird on a wire (1 Viewer)

I've identified much of what I saw in Cambodia but I'm stumped again. I have considered a female pied bushchat and it was that size. However, my previous photos of this bird show a much lighter and streaked breast. Please put me out of my misery. Incidentally it had a very strange gait and flitted around on the wire before stopping to sing it's little heart out!

I'd say it's a Flycatcher, note the rictal bristles (spikes at the base of the bill) in pic 3.

Thank you for all your replies. To answer Andy's last question I thought it easier to upload a photo. The bird was photographed less than 20 metres away from the tractor.
