Well, you've posted it in the "Critique" sub-forum, so I guess you want critique
I'd try a few different crops - quick first impression:
- Subject is taking off from perch and flying to the right, so I'd try less space behind the perch and more for the subject to fly into. Although I'd be wary of the eye getting too close to the center of the frame
- Maybe try to lift the shadows a bit on the underside of the wing... assuming there's not too much noise.
- Could also try a bit of sharpening around the head/eye/bill
