Large raptor. Daska, Punjab, pakistan (1 Viewer)

Today, I was expecting crested honey buzzards that have recently been passing above my location (and I did see quite a few), but then this raptor had me confued.
Seemed quite large and eagle like. Still could be CRESTED HONEY BUZZARD.
Merlin bird ID says it's CRESTED SERPENT EAGLE. Would like to confirm
