Bah humbug
As per usual (and a few hours of daylight left (in the UK at least)). I expect mine may be Herring Gull or Jackdaws going to roost, we'll see.

Currently, it’s dark and I have a Robin singing at full volume in the garden.
Still time for a little Blackbird sub song or Tawny Owl call though

Pinkfoot Geese, calling overhead, probably navigating via waypoints illuminated by streetlights!
MJB

A nuthatch on the edge of town feeders I visit. Such a rarity round here too so that was great to see.

Mallards

On drive home saw what we believed to be a Kestrel, but did not get positive ID (was soaring and we were driving!).
