Lead pic size (1 Viewer)

Stop Brexit!
In the Opus help guidelines the specified size for the lead pic is 550 px wide. In the Recent Changes, a lot of pages, the lead pic is being changed to 500 px. Is this a new policy? I've not seen any recommendation for it. Seems a bad move to me, we should stick to 550 px; a lot of the pics used as lead pics have been edited to an exact multiple of 550 px, which displays better than a pic reduced to an irregular fraction of its original size.

I think the policy is being developed as the new format of Opus still feels very new to all of us.

I believe the end result for now is that the same recommendations stand, but that they can be overridden in specific cases.
