Why I said I don't know what they did is because on the invoice it said they clean lubricated and that was it.  I treat them like a baby and keep them very clean so I don't see grit getting logged in the eye cup and only had them for three months.  It is strange that now the eye cup   feel like they is some grit in them now. What kind of lube do they use? It isn't easy to pull out the cups now.  I also wanted to add about their customer service. They email me saying they had to bend over backward to get them done in such a short of time. Yes well I feel its not appropriate to tell the customer that, they should always do that for their customer.  Well I thanked them and I'm happy that they made back.  It is also funny that the invoice also had the amount of time that they worked on them and it was under an hour. But that is just what I think take it for what it is worth.</blockquote>
