Sent bins on the 6th special delivery with instructions regarding faults. 1) Rubber armouring loose on barrel leaving a tacky, springy feel. 2) The condensation inside one of the barrels. Received a letter of Acknowledgment on the 8th stating. Items received Ultravid 10x42 BR Black Ser Number ******* Accessories Case Notes Terms & Conditions Overleaf Return Shipment Via ANC Affected by Moisture/Water Guarantee Claim Repair delivery Time ASAP Fast response so far. Only slight concerns would be that part of my address is wrong (Lanarkshire instead of Lancashire). The other more strange concern is that no mention of the glue failure on the armour leading to the springy tacky problem. I am presuming that the rubber armour has to come off anyway to service the bins regarding the condensation problem? Anybody know if the armour does have to come off?
