Message: <blockquote data-quote="Mick Sway" data-source="post: 3396868" data-attributes="member: 15566">No summary from Facebook as Steve Dudley has returned home.We had a good day out West, Faneromeni and Sigri on Friday with several Lesvos scarcities.A cattle egret at Faneromeni ford.Also juvenile purple heron and two sedge warblers there.then on to Sigri Sanetorium for roller and red breasted flycatchtcher.At Meladia Valley chapel we had another rb fly, Icterine warbler, willow warbler,collared fly Long with several spot flies.Lots of red backed , the odd woodchat and a single lesser grey shrike.At the ford a great red warbler.Beyond the ford on the Erressos track two sort toed eagles and a long legged buzzard.Then a great spotted cuckoo.Along the tracks a good number of bee - eaters.Yesterday at Kalloni Salt Pans and shep field.Singles of red throated pipit, 2cy monte's, great egret, 2 purple herons, temmincks stint, little and common tern,bee eaters, lesser grey shrike, zitting  cisticola, good numbers of black headed wagtails and of course flamingo.Along the Makara track rock nut hatch, lesser grey shrike, northern wheatear.Today 8 th May.Intended to chill today at Skala Sikiminia.Called at Kavaki for the Rupell's warbler, blue rock thrush, Raven and cormerant.At Peresama reservoir, night heron, squacco and grey heron. Sub alpine and eastern orphean warbler, peregrine and Eleonoras Falcons, little bittern , cirl, corn and black headed bunting.Lots on nice butterflies and dragonflies.</blockquote>
