Long-billed Dowitcher? - British Columbia southern coast, Canada (1 Viewer)

This was shot in late October at the George C. Reifel Migratory Bird Sanctuary near Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. I think it's a Long-billed Dowitcher. Could someone confirm or correct that ID? Unfortunately this is the only shot I have of it.
