Long-legged or Common Buzzard in Greece--Crete (1 Viewer)

Hello. Not my observation, but my dad's. He photographed this Buteo on Crete in May 2024.
On most of the photos, I would just ID this as a Common Buzzard. But on the photo with the Alpine Swift, it does look quite long-winged and I am wondering if it is not a dark-morph Long-legged Buzzard.
Thanks for any help!
