Not a good angle, but I can't sort this one out - any ideas?

I think it's an African Harrier Hawk, Gymnogene, can't figure the age though with that plumage plus bare skin colour on the face?

Agree with Andy, would it be a juv or 2cy bird though?

Thanks chaps - I find birds that are in transition from the pictures of Juveniles to adults can be very confusing!

Facial colour just means it's excited: yellowish otherwise
