Marsh harrier? Cottbus, Germany (1 Viewer)

Hi, could anyone confirm whether this is a marsh harrier? It was seen today over woods/river right on the edge of the town, which seems an unlikely habitat, but it didn't hang around (circled a few times and flew off). Sorry it's a bit blurry -- I was shooting through gaps in the trees!

Yes, a nice male Marsh Harrier Henry, lots are on the move at the moment so can turn up anywhere!
