Usually the pale base of bill and cutting edge is a good indicator for marsh, and I don’t clearly see that here. While the brownish neck sides look more marsh like then willow, although the angle is tricky. Hard to assess the black bib (although I know that can be very unreliable). So I’m going to sit on the fence for this one without more pictures. Where is this picture from?</p></blockquote><p></p>
