Medium-small tern in S Florida - arctic, common, forster's? (1 Viewer)

Got this tern flying over - was shooting a lot of least terns doing their dives in a pond, when this one flew over. I can't pin it down...there appears to be too much black around the crown after the black by the eye that's typical on Forster's... I tried juvenile roseate which doesn't look right...I thought non-breeding arctic might be a fit. Didn't seem to be enough black on top of the head for common.

Help appreciated!

Interesting...didn't think it was a least as it looked larger than all the leasts around. Never even considered an immature least.
