Of couse a couple of questions open e.g. maiden name from her and birth dates of both but maybe better to respect their privacy. Or is Don a abbrivaition of Donald?

Don Hadden is a New Zealand retired schoolteacher, ornithologist and wildlife photographer. He lives in an Aboriginal community near Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia. He lived in Bougainville, Papua New Guinea, where he taught at Panguna International School (1976–1980 and 1999–2002). He is the author of several books including Birds and Bird Lore of Bougainville and the North Solomons (2004) and Birds of the Outback (2010). He put in much effort trying to find the warbler after local people reported its existence.
