Minla (?) from Bhutan (1 Viewer)

I have a feeling that the id of the attached must be blindingly obvious but I can't work out what it is using Inskipp's "Birds of Bhutan". Can anyone help?

One thing I quickly learned is that the illustrations in the Inskipp book are not very good.
