Hello,
This bird has been seen in the east Mongolian steppe in august.
I'm thinking of a juvenile cuckoo, cunulus canorus.
Is it correct ?

Either that or OrientalCuckoo, doubt they can be separated in this plumage
They can be separated (all age classes) but only from good images of the underwing enabling counting of the pale bars to the outer primaries. There are other supportive characters, including shape of bars and colour/pattern of pattern of underwing coverts.

In this instance, agree Cuculus sp., Common/Oriental.
