Hi all,
Given the current spring like weather & ever increasing emergent species numbers, I think we can safely move on from the moths through winter thread & dive headlong in to the new season (fingers crossed). A trip to my local woodland for a couple of hours last night produced the following to my 40W actinic.
Ypsolopha ustella 1
Tortricodes alternella 20+
March Moth 7
Oak Beauty 1
Small Quaker 1
Small Brindled Beauty 1
Did`nt get too much in the garden overnight though, with only singles of Emmelina monodactyla, Epiphyas postvittana, Common Quaker & Hebrew Character in the trap this morning
