2. Looks like a Straw Dot - I guess the stance has distorted the wing shape slightly.
3. Could be Celypha Lacunana - they can have a bluish tinge.
(Though I'm basing both on UK experience)

Yes, Straw Dot-that's why it looked familiar, but the strange posture & perhaps enhanced colour meant I didn't think of it.
