The flared tail and size of it in relation to the wings just doesn't seem right for any other falcon. The problem I have is that there is no visible black tail band but this could be due to the lighting in the photo. The light chest color looks ok and looking closely I think I can distinguish a grey tear drop and the wing tip shape look correct with no fingers showing.bird 9 I 1st though was a black falcon but its hard to tell with the identifying feature being the feathering on the leg which is hard to detirmine.Agree with Chowchilla on the rest</blockquote>
