Museum ID help- Parrot (1 Viewer)

Here is an interesting parrot. The head of the specimen is very dark in reality, but the photo makes it look more greenish (maybe the original base color?). The blue primaries, shorter, squared-off tail, edged in blue with outer tail feathers having a red base, and dark feather edging on head and back, suggest Amazona and I have my pick, but want some other opinions. Considering the probable age of the specimen, colors can be misleading (meaning the darkness of the head).

The only data with this specimen is a common name of Maroon-necked Parrot.
