My Guardian Caracara (1 Viewer)

About 2 months ago a caracara started showing up in my bedroom window in the morning. He would pace back and forth across the 5 foot sill and bang his beak on the window until I would come into view. Then he would stare at me for a few mins then fly away. Over time he has begun to do it more and more often. I was diagnosed with breast cancer a week or two after he started coming to my window. Last week I was away for about 9 days to have surgery and I’m now cancer free. Today, my first day back after my surgery, he started also throwing his head back and making interesting clacking noises with his throat. I have photo upon phot and video upon video of him at my window. People thought I was making it up until they saw videos.

A few weeks ago he also brought another bird w him and they sat on my roof together.

He comes and hangs out on my roof and comes to my bedroom window all the time now and today came about 6 different times I guess he had been looking for me for days and is glad I’m back safe and sound and cancer free.
