Sometimes get Long-tailed Tits doing the same. They're quite amusing bobbing along in their fluffy way keeping an eye on you. And you can always rely on a Blackbird to yell out that you're there.It seems we share a philosophy on birding. I like wandering and seeing what's out there at random as well rather than going out looking for one thing in particular. Amazing what pops up when you're just peering around.I see a few Goldeneye most days on an inland water; it's fairly common at this time of year. They're a handsome bird.</blockquote>
