Mystery Bird song Help Please (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I am hearing this birdsong in the woods here in mid-wales some mornings. I'm used to most songs I hear, but this is a new sound to me. I have found it in the background of a recording below for a montagus harrier, it is not the main recording for the harrier, but you can hear the bird I cant identify at 3 seconds and 13 seconds into the video. can anyone help to name this please, the link is below:

it's actually not a vocalization but the sound produced by their outer tail feathers when in display flight.
Thank you very much Lou, this is exactly what I'm hearing. You have helped me to understand this sound, which was so difficult to find a bird for, I can now listen to it, enjoy it and understand what it is.
