Hey folks, I had a mystery bird I got recordings of while along the Langford River riparian area at night, not too far from the Heathrow Airport. I am struggling to pin it down, and I never got a look at what it was. Tawny owl seems like an outside chance, but it could it be a rail of some type? Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Sounds partly good for Tawny Owl begging call
At the end a Cettis Warbler????

Definitely a Cettis at the end. It was around dusk, and there were multiple of them sounding off. Hard to actually get a recording without them dominating the audio.

Thanks for the link to that particular audio. I have found a few similar one through perusing eBird. I realized I should have linked the eBird report as well so that folks can see the spectrogram as well. https://ebird.org/checklist/S194302238
