I found this terrible old photo from December 1999 (Box Brownie technology in those days). The nearest I can get is Brahminy Kite, but it doesn't look quite right.

Osprey for me too.

Was in Cat Tien last year, very good place for birding, tons of species, really liked it. There were oriental honey buzzards and crested serpent eagles flying low over the canopy, that was a beautiful sight.

Do you remember if you saw any other raptors there?
