Don't want to start a taxonomic argument (!!) but Southern & Iberian are both Lanius meridionalis; Steppe is pallidirostris and went back into excubitor (Great Grey)No. Iberian is still a valid species. Yes, but thrre is no Southern, so you can't have Southern and Iberian as two species if you're going by IOCYes, you're right about Steppe and Southern going back into Great Grey. But the IOC still keeps Iberian as a separate species as of V.10.2
