I bet it isn't. There's one that I'm pretty sure hasn't been played, that I bet you've seen based on the others you've posted 😁Good, Macleay's was my last Honeyeater that hadn't been played.![]()

There are a lot of Australian birds I didn't get. I wasn't a birder when we set off on our sailing circumnavigation. I had a tiny pair of 1950's (or so) binoculars. I had an old pentax 35mm camera that I didn't use for birding. Some birds I saw and couldn't ID, were left as mystery birds. What I lacked in knowledge or equipment, I made up for with time and a love for the 'hunt'. I didn't even have BF people as mentors yet. Didn't get on the net or find them until we landed in Egypt three years later. I'm pretty sure that the rest of my honeyeaters have been played already. What Honeyeater is it?I bet it isn't. Pretty sure Varied hasn't been played (?), and it's common round Cairns, so I figured you'd have seen itThere are a lot of Australian birds I didn't get. Oh dear, I played that earlier today, so that's me out for ten! Some of my others could be doubles too, as I haven't been checkingBlack-faced Antthrush EDIT: Jacana played already
I have! I figured it had been played. I found it while we were moored in Port Douglas.Pretty sure Varied hasn't been played (?), and it's common round Cairns, so I figured you'd have seen it
A repeat, I'm afraid4021. Chestnut-backed Antbird
Also a repeat, sorry!4029. Bicolored Antbird
I checked both. Don't know how I miss this. I did see a chestnut-backed antshrike but no antbird. I tried the bicolored with and without hyphen. It's me and my electronic things curse. Also a repeat, sorry!
You might have missed the Antbird as I only just came back online to update the spreadsheetI checked both. Don't know how I miss this. I did see a chestnut-backed antshrike but no antbird. I tried the bicolored with and without hyphen. It's me and my electronic things curse.![]()
The search will only work on birds that Jacana has uploaded. When Will goes offline the game sometimes goes on for lots of birds beyond where the list on the spreadsheet ends. That's what happened with this last batch of antbird craziness. I'm almost completely out of any antbird type things now, but I reckon Will and Andrew could have heaps more...I checked both. Don't know how I miss this.
